Users may request deletion of their CoreLoop account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, email:
Please include:
- The email address associated with your CoreLoop account
- The subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
Once verified, we will process the deletion request and remove associated account data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
Data Retained After Deletion
Some limited records may be temporarily retained for:
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Legal compliance
- Billing or dispute resolution obligations
